Hi Tara,
The best Herbalife weight loss program is the one that you can afford on a consistent basis.
The idea is that as your body gets the good protein and nutrients over long periods of time not only will you lose all the weight but also your habits will change and you will best be able to keep that weight off.
So that is why I recommend you buy the program that fits in with your budget and you do it for how ever many months you need to with the idea that you will lose approximately 3kgs a month on average.
So if you want to lose 10kgs then you should use a Herbalife program for 3 months minimum.
Also I recommend that which ever program you decide to go with be sure and add the Herbalife Shapeworks plain Protein Powder to your order as this will give you a feeling of fullness for longer than just the Formula 1 shake on its own.
